Apart from this, in urban areas, the housing loans of up to 9 lakhs and up to 12 lakhs will receive an interest subsidy of 4 percent and 3 percent respectively while in rural areas, loans up to 2 lakhs will get an interest subvention of 3 percent. So many new apartments in Greater Noida West like Ace City etc will offer a new wave of living where people residing in NCR can invest and get good returns in the future.
